NATIONAL KALE DAY
National Kale day was celebrated through SUNY New Paltz Dining Services offering a variety of Kale based dishes around campus. This event highlighted Kale’s health benefits and promoted local farmers markets. All digital, and print signage were created as apart of my internship with SUNY New Paltz Dining Services.
FAT TUESDAY
Fat Tuesday was a event within the SUNY New Paltz Dining Hall celebrating New Orleans style cuisine. The poster design and flyer are intended to capture the excitement and flashy energy of Mardi Gras. All digital, and print signage were created as apart of my internship with SUNY New Paltz Dining Services.
